Is something wrong with my tattoo? [with pictures]?
i got my first tattoo 8 days ago [1/10/08]. I've seen previous work from the artist and it wasn't bad. I followed the shop's exact instructions for aftercare and moisturization. It started peeling after about 3 days. after the 7th day, the majority of the scab was gone leaving a shiny scar-like surface. It almost looks as if it is going to peel again. It is also raised a tiny bit above “skin level.”

I don't know what to think of it. is it over-moisturized? Scarred? or just FUBAR..
(the products i use are regular A&D ointment and Lubriderm fragrance-free lotion.)
